Asst. Professor - Accounting jobs in Delaware
Asst. Professor - Accounting teaches courses in the discipline area of accounting. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Asst. Professor - Accounting provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Accounting typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to research in a specialized field. Requirements:
- Five plus years in Public Accounting
- Excellent written and in person communication skills
- Corporate Tax returns for small businesses
- Partnership Tax returns
- Individual Tax Returns
- The desire to build your own client base
- Working directly with staff and our partners
- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA certification
- An impeccable work ethic
