Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Finance and Administration is a part of the senior leadership team and collaborates with our active Board of Directors. The successful candidate will be a hands-on manager leading the organization’s finance, accounting, budgeting, and additional administrative areas. The Director of Finance plays a critical role as GMGI continues to enhance its quality program, build capacity and achieve ambitious goals. This is a tremendous opportunity for a finance and operations leader to maximize and strengthen the internal capacity of a rapidly growing, high-impact organization.
