We’re looking for someone like you who can:
- provide high quality administrative support to executive team CIO Americas including coordinating daily scheduling and arranging meetings with senior-level managers
- monitor Executives email inboxes which may include responding to emails as appropriate, tracking all follow-up of emails and responses and ensuring all important emails and administrative matters are addressed
- maintain travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and manage reimbursement process
- provide in office support for Weehawken based team including professionally answering phone calls, field messages and direct general inquiries to the appropriate managers on the team
- organize logistics for town halls, on-site meetings and coordinating locations, attendees, materials and communication
- partner on key tasks related to building a new team with a focus on efficiency, organization, and positive employee experience including onboarding new employees/contractors, managing entitlement process, desk locations, and equipment set-up
