This role installs and builds sheet metal duct and components at commercial and construction sites. The ideal candidate thrives on the building process from reading schematics through to building sheet metal products to support mechanical HVAC systems. A typical day might include – taking measurements for future work, laying out preassembled duct components, teaching others a new skill, and working independently to install duct components.
