Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Teacher who can teach voice and piano. You will be responsible for providing high-quality music education to students of all ages. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement music lesson plans based on individual student needs and goals
- Teach students various music concepts, techniques, and skills
- Provide instruction in PIANO AND VOICE
- Teach music theory, sight-reading, and ear training
- Guide students in selecting appropriate repertoire for performances
- Conduct individual and group music lessons
- Organize and coordinate student recitals and performances
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and goals
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience teaching music to students of all ages
- Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and various musical genres
- Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments
- Familiarity with special education techniques is a plus
- Experience working with children in early childhood education settings is desirable
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
