About the job:

This is not a “normal” store associate position. This is a position that requires individuals who have a passion for health and wellness. Who have an enact ability to hear a customer's needs and establish the best fit. The right candidate will have to have a “roll up” your sleeves approach to working. At Work Wear you will be trained on a variety of safety footwear and how the correct fit can help an employees overall health and wellness. Therefore the perfect candidate will need to be able to take what they learn and communicate it clearly for our customers.

They must have a hunger for knowledge and a desire to excel with the organization. Therefore, this candidate must be highly motivated and self-driven to meet and exceed goals. Our team is encouraged to foster a collaborative work environment to ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications for Store Associate include:

• Able to lift 10-30lbs & stay on feet for 3-8 hrs/day

• Detail oriented

• Retail experience a plus

• Must have strong computer skills.

• Bilingual a plus

• Confident/Outgoing
