Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in legal research, drafting, and courtroom experiance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse legal matters and make a significant impact. Preference will be given to Spanish speakers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Draft legal documents including briefs, pleadings, contracts, and agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
- Manage and oversee legal administrative tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal cases

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Proven experience in legal research, writing, and litigation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Competency in handling state and federal criminal cases.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in using Lexis-Nexis for legal research
- Experience in legal drafting and negotiation

- Familiarity with Clio
