5 years of experience as a Benefits Analyst leveraging PeopleSoft
◦ They are looking for someone with HR or Benefits module experience

• Exposure and basic understanding of SQR and PeopleCode
• Functional PeopleSoft experience
• Basic SQL skills
• Understanding of how ticketing system works within an Enterprise environment
• Great written and verbal communication

About the team: The Benefits Analyst will be part of the Tier 2 team of about 5 people.

At DOA, Benefits Analysts are primarily functional, quasi-technical analysts -- they need to be able to read and understand SQL, but they don’t have to write code. They are issued tickets for PeopleSoft HR system that are then assigned to specific development teams. They help to categorize tickets, write functional design that is then passed off to developers, engage with stakeholders/end-users regarding issues, test functionality of system, and collaborate with development teams to create new SOPs.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 per hour
