Duties:

1.) Responsible for the development, communication and oversight of the implementation of the plan of care for each Sister.

2.) Is available for consultation, necessary and emergency calls from staff.

3.) Receives Physicians orders for medication and other aspects of care, obtains medication from pharmacy, sets up medications on a weekly basis.

4.) Makes appointments related to the health care of the Sisters, arranges transportation for appointments and accompanies Sisters to appointment when necessary.

5.) Coordinates services with outside entities such as hospice, physical and other therapies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 7 per week
