Benefits Director oversees the development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures programs are chosen to be equitable, meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and to be cost effective. Being a Benefits Director establishes practices for evaluating existing benefits programs against peer organizations to determine competitiveness, trends and developments. Makes high-level decisions to modify existing benefits programs or institute new ones. Additionally, Benefits Director requires a bachelor's degree. May require Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Typically reports to top management. We need a self-motivated professional with 5 years of proven managerial experience and outstanding track record in sales. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our daily sales targets.
Your duties will include motivating our sales team of 20 high caliber inside sales representatives and to design strategic sales plans. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills by providing guidance, training, mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, and building their team.
Responsibilities:
*Improve staff through motivation, and counseling
* Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
*Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
*Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations
* Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions
* Maintain awareness of all departments’ operational challenges and assist when appropriate
*Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
*Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
*Establish ongoing training for your salespeople
*Meet with sales managers to assess company performance.
* Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

Requirements:
*Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field.
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
* In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
* Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
* Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
*Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
