Coordinates educational training and maintains the documentation. Coordinates the safety program within the laboratory, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies. Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology or a related science field. Certified in clinical laboratory science by recognized certifying agency. Five years of laboratory experience preferred. Experience with a LIS or other computer related knowledge/education is preferred. Membership in a professional organization is highly desirable but not mandatory.
