Bereavement Services Director - Home Care jobs in Anderson, SC
Bereavement Services Director - Home Care designs, plans and directs the home care bereavement program. Trains and coordinates a staff of bereavement counselors. Being a Bereavement Services Director - Home Care assigns counselors to families as necessary, and ensures services fulfill the needs of the family. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Bereavement Services Director - Home Care typically reports to top management. The Bereavement Services Director - Home Care manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Bereavement Services Director - Home Care typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Personalized Home Care serves Greenville, Gray Court, Travelers Rest, Simpsonville, Easley and the surrounding South Carolina areas. This position may require travel to the surrounding areas.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00 - $13.00/hour.
