Sierra Vista is one of our assisted living homes in Santa Fe, and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Services Director to oversee and lead our social services programs.. This person is responsible for elder assessments, care planning and helping elders and families adjust to their new surroundings, and identify those who may require additional assistance and services to meet their overall needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong background in program development, and managing social service programs
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Exceptional relationship management abilities to work effectively with diverse populations
• Degree in Social Work or related field; Master's degree preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
