    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field
    • 5 years of experience working with boards of directors
    • Strong understanding of board governance best practices
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and board management software
