The Account Specialist will perform bookkeeping services on multiple accounts to maintain up to date books and accurate financial statements. Job responsibilities include accurate and timely work performed for clients, and providing excellent customer service to clients with kindness and cooperation. The Account Specialist will work on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliation of accounts, and producing financial reports. The Account Specialist will also be responsible for processing Payroll and submitting timely payroll taxes on behalf of the client.
An Account Specialist should possess the following skills:
