Accurate Bookkeeping Inc. is looking to hire a qualified Bookkeeper – Account Specialist

The Account Specialist will perform bookkeeping services on multiple accounts to maintain up to date books and accurate financial statements. At Accurate Bookkeeping we provide a positive and collaborative work environment. Schedule is flexible. Paid time off, sick pay and paid holidays are offered. Job responsibilities include accurate and timely work performed for clients, and providing excellent customer service to clients with kindness and cooperation. The Account Specialist will work on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliation of accounts, and producing financial reports. The Account Specialist will also be responsible for processing Payroll and submitting timely payroll taxes on behalf of the client.

Full-time, up to 40 hours/week

Starting pay $25-30/hr. Pay depends on experience, capability and level of education.
