• Leadership experience of team leader for a bookkeeping team of 3.

Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly accounting functions for 3-dozen accounts, bookkeeping and oversight of cash controls
• Daily bank and credit card reconciliation
• Review of daily/monthly reporting and journal entries and general ledger maintenance
• Review and Process of payroll for multiple entities, disbursement of W2-1099 and point of contact for payroll
• AP/AR functions and bookkeeping entry
• Lead all AP processing and coordination.
• Forecasting of cash needs, weekly and monthly
• Analytical review of monthly income statement, balance sheet and GL to ensure accuracy.
• Lead and oversee all changes and updates are made by 3rd party bookkeeping team
• Vendor maintenance including W 9 and 1099’s compliant
• Lead and oversee accounting team ie book keeping, remote book keeper and tax manager
• Maintaining an intra-company database for payables, notes and loans, keep current at all times.
• Onboarding of new employees to include payroll, email, logins, and schedule orientation and training.
• Setup and maintain company intranet, daily, weekly, monthly.
• Organization and management of all company documents via dropbox
• New entity onboarding and setup to include tax id, bank accounts, insurance and other functions.
• Oversee local, state, and federal income, property, and business taxes
• Reconcile inter group balances and transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
