We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Program Director who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at our client’s site in Chicago, IL, working alongside other professionals and Owner’s staff, you’ll be responsible for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You’ll manage and provide construction oversight and resolve complex construction project related challenges.
As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the materials management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety of the team. You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive.
