Branch Manager Assistant assists the branch manager in the daily operations of a retail banking branch office. Performs routine branch opening, closing, customer service, and other operational tasks and activities. Being an Branch Manager Assistant assumes responsibility for the supervision of the branch office during the manager's absence. Assists in training and managing branch staff. Additionally, Branch Manager Assistant ensures that branch operations follow all company policies and procedures. Maintains the required security, operational, and service quality standards. Usually has completed a bank management training program. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a branch manager. The Assistant Branch Manager’s role is to assist the Branch Manager with all aspects of branch operations to ensure a profitable outcome for the company. The Trainee position will work closely with a Branch Manager in one of our locations to learn the day-to day operations on managing a branch, including sales, budgets, staffing, etc. Ideal candidates will be open to possible relocation.
