Branch Manager

to lead our

Utica Branch . The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and business-oriented to achieve the growth, compliance, financial and customer satisfaction goals.

Our branch managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations, provide training, overseeing delivery schedules, inventory management as well as order reconciliation.

PERSONNEL : Interviewing, Training, Evaluation, Scheduling and DisciplineCoordinate with and support salespeople’s activitiesQuotes, Order Entry, Scheduling delivery of ordersOPERATIONS : Oversee sales, branch growth and customer service excellence.

Maintain profitability through budget preparation as well as monitoring revenue and expenses.Maintain inventory at optimal levelsEnsure all team members comply with company policies, procedures, and visionEnsures that building, grounds, and showroom provides a safe workplace for employees and customersMonitor cylinder exchanges for accuracy of type and quantitySchedule daily route deliveries to maximize efficiencyPromptly receive shipments and transfersAssure accurate placement of stock and prompt filling of open ordersMake sure safety protocols are observed.

Promptly report incidents to the Safety DirectorEnsure all applicable laws relating to this industry are observedPerform your duties and responsibilities following the

• Helpful, Humble, Heart-driven and Honest.RequirementsAssociate degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;

OR three to five years related Industry experience and / or training; or a combination of the above (preferred).Three years managing other people (required).

Sales experience preferred.Working knowledge of Accumatica ERP a definite PLUS!Excellent verbal communication skills.Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.

Prior parts or service counter experience is a plus!Welding or industry knowledge is a plus!Ability to interact well with others and be a positive influence on morale of branch, and organization.

Ability to move product on and off store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout branch on a continual basis required.Haun Welding Supply
