Indue is seeking a quality individual for the Building and Grounds Technician position. This handyman type position will provide service and preventative maintenance to all associated buildings and grounds year round. Ensuring each property is properly and promptly maintained in accordance with Indues standards. As well as ensuring snow removal and salting is done quickly as possible and before business hours. This position will also run and get parts for mechanics. As well as anything else assigned.

Indue is a fast growing industrial flooring company that has been in business for more than 40 years. We manufacture, ship and install industrial coatings across the country in different food manufacturing facilities.

Primary Duties:

• Parts running
• Performs basic service and preventative maintenance on buildings, grounds year round
• Ensure timely snow and ice removal as well as salting before normal business hours
• Regularly Mow and weed whip company grounds
• Maintain clean parking lots and rock beds
• Performs maintenance on sprinkler system
• Picking up and dropping off vehicles and trailers
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. 18 years or older. Must have a Valid driver's license, must be able to pass drug test and background test.
