TITLE: Sr. Manager, Business Intelligence

JOB SUMMARY: Execute a roadmap of business focused BI initiatives with understanding of deliverables and associated deadlines. Collaborate with program leaderships, stakeholders, and business partners to identify needs and opportunities to achieve effective reporting needs. Ensure proper hand-offs and coordination between BI Project Teams, Data Architecture Team, Prod Operations, stakeholders, and external providers. Provide guidance and education in interpretation and application of BI products. Communicate data integrity issues, nuances, and insights to all levels of the Company. Maintain Key Operating Metric definitions and own BI single source of truth reporting. Monitor and manage requests from the business to the Business Intelligence Group. Oversee delivery teams including analysts and ETL/Report developers dedicated to assisting clients efficiently and effectively to organize and deliver high-quality BI products according to business needs. Implement and manage technologies to handle large amounts of data to help identify, develop, and create new strategic business opportunities. Manage BI team for ease of interpretation of large data volumes. Oversee BI teams to provide historical, current, and predictive views of business operations. Support operational and strategic business decisions. Perform information technology and data warehousing, write SQL and design data warehousing solutions; perform End to End Reporting Lifecyle in business intelligence; provide data integration solutions in large-scale enterprise environments, using MPP databases, including Teradata; and utilize MicroStrategy Business Intelligence toolset to perform Report Development, Dashboard Development, and Executive Dossiers.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; 7 years of experience utilizing information technology to perform data warehousing, writing SQL, and designing data warehousing solutions; 7 years of experience performing End to End Reporting Lifecyle in business intelligence; 7 years of experience providing data integration solutions in large-scale enterprise environments, using MPP databases including Teradata; and 7 years of experience utilizing MicroStrategy Business Intelligence toolset to perform Report Development, Dashboard Development, and Executive Dossiers.
