In the frame of the ARP Deployment in the FAL US, the SAP Process and Business Specialist (Manufacturing Engineering) is an integral part of a deployment MFT and is responsible for delivering value to the customers and stakeholders, contributing in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation. Your challenges: Business Analysis and Requirements Management: 40% Collaborate with Product Owners (POs) and stakeholders to elicit, analyze and document business requirements. Conduct market research, user interviews and data analysis to identify customer needs and inform product decision-making. Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks for the deployment MFT. Facilitate requirement workshops and sessions to clarify and refine the product backlog. Validate implemented features against business requirements to ensure alignment and quality. Stakeholder Management and Communication: 30% Act as a liaison between the deployment MFT and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and managing expectations. Represent Quality by identifying gaps to process adherence and optimizing Quality functions within the deployment core model. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize features and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Present product demos and progress updates to stakeholders, providing visibility into the team’s work and eliciting valuable input. Proactively address stakeholder concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong relationships with key business partners. Collaborate with the PO to communicate the product vision, roadmap and business value to the deployment MFT. 3. Business Value Delivery and Outcome Focus: 20% Collaborate with the PO and deployment MFT to define the key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring business value. Monitor and track the progress of features or solutions in terms of their own business outcomes and KPIs. Conduct data analysis and feedback loops to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Other duties as assigned: Product Increment Delivery and ARP footprint: 10% Participate in ARP ceremonies like PI Planning, Pre- and Post PI, as well as in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality product increments that meet customer expectations. Collaborate with other agile MFTs and POs to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization. Your boarding pass: Required: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering or an equivalent. Minimum 6 years of experience with Airbus, or a sub-contractor on behalf of Airbus. Project Management experience using relevant tools and techniques. Excellent MS Office application, as well as experience in analyzing data. High degree of flexibility and initiative. Understanding of SAFe / Agile methodologies and preferably with confirmed experience is preferred. Strong business & digital acumen regarding SAP Is required. Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, and tools used in manufacturing engineering. Knowledge of supply chain management and quality system management. Knowledge about non-conformities and design query notes. Knowledge of Airbus Industries mechanical process & methods. Knowledge of Airbus IT-Tools (TiCon, Zamiz, TAKSY, MODA, DocMaster). Knowledge of common applications such as SAP/R3 (Module PP/PM). Knowledge about aircraft structure installation. Knowledge of rules for aircraft design and manufacturing.
