The Business Process Analyst is responsible for for successfully optimizing the companys business processes and documenting current processes, recommending improvements, and evaluating the existing processes, analyze implemented changes and recommend adjustments to workflows, schedules or other processes as needed.

Bachelor's degree in business management, project management or in related field. 3-5 years related experience. Proficiency in business management software. Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
