Senior Business Process Automation Engineer

Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for a Senior Business Process Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting our FAA Strategic Support Services contract. This position will be remote, and the hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm EST. 

Responsibilities:

• Define scope of business process automation, including documentation of as-is and to-be process
• Develop optimized process by conducting user experience working sessions, documenting requirements and wireframes, and creating Process Definition Documents (PDDs), and configuring backend data models
• Develop, test, and deploy optimized process solutions
• Facilitate discovery sessions with leadership to identify, evaluate, and implement applicable business process innovations
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to define strategic solutions for shared services
• Develop videos and other media/artifacts to communicate scope and impact of current/proposed business process innovations
• Develop and implement plans to scale current/proposed business process innovations
  Provide subject matter expertise in user experience design, usability, accessibility, and compliance
• Implement current state assessments and customer-oriented process documentation including pain points and opportunities to develop Intelligent Automation Registry
• Build, test, and deploy automation solutions to support priority business processes and goals
• Create trainings and support stakeholder adoption of new tools and technology through job aids and change management activities

Qualifications and Education Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum of eight (8) or more Business Process Automation experience
• 3 - 5 years of experience designing, developing, and deployment of automation solutions using UI Path technology.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, and or other data software
• Experience in MS SharePoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, proven organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work without close supervision
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Currently live in the United States and Authorized to work in the U.S. WITH an ability to pass public trust clearance  

Preferred Skills:  

• Degree in business, computer science, IT, or data analysis
• Federal government experience a plus
