We are currently seeking an Administrator in Training and Business Office Director. This candidate will join a wonderful team and help create a collaborative and efficent workplace with attention to quality standards and policies. This position is Monday - Friday with some off hours as needed. Willing to train the right person. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist the Administrator with developing, monitoring, and maintianing standards of care throughout all departments in the facility
• Overseeing day-to-day operations
• Adhere to healthcare regulations 
• Manages the billing and accounting functions of the Business Office in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain excellent financial records 
• Manages conflict through effective problem-solving and communication skills 

Qualifications and Skills 

• Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration or a related field - new graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Medicare and Medicaid experience is a plus
• Great communication and people skills 
• Outstanding organizational and stress management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel prefered
