CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. J2 Interactive is looking for qualified candidates to contribute to challenging data integration projects for our healthcare customers. Most projects make use of InterSystems Corporation's Ensemble / HealthShare interoperability platform, but prior experience with Ensemble / HealthShare is not strictly necessary. If you understand healthcare data integration, and you're well versed in at least one competing interface engine such as Cloverleaf, DataGate / eGate / SeeBeyond, Epic Bridges, Mirth, or Rhapsody, we can make this work.
Though our headquarters is located in Charlestown (Boston), MA, this is a telecommuting position open to anyone who's eligible to work in the US.
