    We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior IT B2B Integration Manager to lead and elevate our B2B integration initiatives. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, project management, and team leadership to ensure the seamless integration of business processes.

    Responsibilities:

    Technical Leadership:

    • IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Expertise: Demonstrate an advanced understanding of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and provide effective team management to optimize its capabilities.
    • EDI Proficiency: Possess deep knowledge of EDI standards, particularly X12 and EDIFACT, and oversee successful implementation across various projects.
    • API, RestAPI, and WebService Mastery: Exhibit a strong grasp of API, RestAPI, and Webservice technologies, leading the implementation of integrations with third-party systems.
    • ERP Process Automation: Lead the automation of Order-to-Cash and Procurement-to-Pay processes within ERP systems, ensuring operational efficiency.

    Project Management:

    • Extensive Project Experience: Successfully led and completed a minimum of 5 large-scale EDI integration projects involving global teams.
    • Comprehensive Project Management: Take charge of project scope definition, resource and time estimation, budget and timeline management, and stakeholder alignment.
    • Effective Test Plan Development: Develop meticulous test plans, including execution details, to ensure the reliability and functionality of integrated systems.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate productive executive meetings, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or challenges.

    Team Leadership:

    • Management Experience: Manage and lead teams of 10 or more members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
    • HR Responsibilities: Conduct annual employee reviews, oversee daily timesheet management, and lead staffing decisions for both full-time employees and contractors.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Over 10 years of proven experience in B2B integration management.
    • Strong technical acumen and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
