The Associate Director, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategic partner to customer facing leaders across the enterprise to ensure that vital business processes are established and supported with technology to enable brand teams to meet their strategic goals and priorities. The role is a key player within the Strategic Field Operations function crucial for supporting current VEEVA technology solutions across Sales, Marketing, US Medical and US Market Access. This individual must work across multiple functions (US IBEX, IT, Sales, Commercial Channels, Brands) to balance the immediate demands with future capabilities needed to deliver the US BBU Business strategy. This individual will play a significant role in shaping and deploying ongoing evolutions in the AZ’s CRM capability, especially with respect to enhancements in our omnichannel capabilities.
