As a Senior Director of Developer Experience & Infrastructure Engineering, you will: Recruit engineering leaders and engineers to grow your team. Define an overarching end-to-end system architecture, vision, and strategy to maximize the utility of enterprise data assets that enable & innovate a broad set of use cases. Who you are 10 years’ experience as an engineering leader with strong operational rigor Drive the development and operations of Development Platforms and Tools across Zillow Group. Solid track record of delivering production infrastructure in a hybrid cloud, driving adoption of new technologies, managing vendor relationships, scaling teams, and achieving results Experience growing and building diverse and inclusive teams, working with partners, and collaborating across organizational boundaries Entrepreneurial energy, ability to handle ambiguity, drive consensus, communicate well with both technical and non-technical co-workers, and resolve conflict Strong writing skills Experience in building and leading a geographically distributed team Be a key advocate and support for Change Management and Best Practices throughout the organization Expertise in AWS cloud technologies.
