Job Summary :
This position is primarily responsible for safely operating road grading construction equipment (road grader, bulldozers, loaders, excavators, etc.
that are used forshaping and fine grading sub grades, base materials, shoulder, slopes, and cutting ditches. May be asked to perform additional tasks which may includemove heavy materials, excavate gravel and earth, spread and level asphalt.
The incumbent will be required to fill in as needed with other jobs at work site during down times (IE. Equipment Operator, Laborer, etc).
Typical schedules are Monday Friday, with weekends required as needed.
Incumbent is expected to have excellent attendance and communication skills, possess the ability to build lasting business relationships, and exhibit professionalism.
