The Campus Safety and Security Director will make effective leadership decisions and solve problems using sound judgment in crisis situations. This role requires individual initiative and teamwork, requires excellent listening skills, and also requires physical ability and stamina, such as frequent standing, walking, lifting, and/or carrying materials. The Campus Safety and Security Director will be also be required to attend extracurricular activities and travel between campuses; work in all weather conditions; work effectively and communicate with groups and individuals of all ages in a blind, deaf, and multi-disabled community of individuals.
