Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) directs and oversees all activities of the hospital's cancer center. In this role, you will assist the Clinical Nurse Manager with the day-to-day operations and the management of quality patient care.     Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the leadership teams throughout the organization, facilitating new nurses as they transition off orientation, assisting with patient flow, and supporting the nursing supervision team.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of current workflows and recommend improvements to optimize patient flow, communication, and follow-up care.
    • Develop an overall view of patients, families, and caregivers, and establish strong partnerships with them to deliver optimal care.
    • Provide direct and indirect patient care within the Cancer Center.
    • Maintain and review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
    • Active RN license.
    • Oncology experience is required.
    • 3 years of clinical experience is preferred.

    • Schedule: Monday-Friday

    • Pay; $36-50/hr., depending on experience
