Capacity Planning Supervisor leads a capacity planning team to plan and monitor an organization's operating limits and capacities. Forecasts and plans capacity requirements to align with production schedules, resource levels, and inventory demand. Being a Capacity Planning Supervisor identifies and troubleshoots production issues or bottlenecks that impact plant capacity. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to understand future plans and develop responsive capacity forecasting. Additionally, Capacity Planning Supervisor utilizes production metrics and manufacturing research to develop insights on processes or equipment and recommend improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Capacity Planning Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Capacity Planning Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. We are a home care agency that has been in business since 2007 and rapidly growing in 15 states. We provide assistance with activities of daily living for the elderly (i.e. Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.). We are highly respected across the 15 states we service and looking for quality people to join our team.
We are currently in need of a Home Care Agency Supervisor for our Bloomington, MN Office. This position manages that office's in home assessment team (consisting of 8 assessors). This position also manages the signing and gathering of client documentation - to maintain compliance with state regulations.
The job requires sending out new client information to the appropriate assessor who will perform an on-site assessment at the new client's home. The assessor will then send the results of the assessment to this position who will organize it and put it in the appropriate client folders online. This person will also be responsible for scheduling the assessors to do follow up visits with the client and managing the receipt of the paperwork from such follow up visits.
MUST be/have one of the following:
1) An RN with 5 years experience
2) LPN/LVN with 8 years experience
3) Social Worker with 5 years of healthcare field experience
4) 8 years experience working in Home Care with 2 years in a supervisory role
Bachelors Degree required - unless an RN with an Associates Degree.
This position requires average level Microsoft Office skills - as the position uses Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word on a daily basis. The position will be located in our Bloomington, MN Office and the work schedule will be from 9am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday. Then they will be responsible for doing an on-call shift every 7th weekend. The oncall shift can be performed remotely at home and requires being available to answer home care aide questions that come in via text and phone - over the weekend when the office is closed - to ensure client care needs are met over the weekends.
Healthcare benefits available and 401K. Salary is $75,000. Profit Sharing Bonus available for high performer. A 5% increase in salary for each milestone increase in revenue the company makes is available to high performers. We had 5 such milestones in 2023 - which equated to a 25% increase in base salary for all supervisory level employees who performed their job with high performance marks.
