Job Title: Store Support Command Center Specialist

Shift: 8 am | Pay Rate: $20/hr

Job Purpose:

Supports command center and client in completing and logging all store requests and concerns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving customer concerns and requests via email for East Coast/ West Coast stores.
• Logging all daily requests and concerns.
• Effectively communicating with warehouses and logistics team.
• Ensuring concerns are responded to and handled in a timely manner.
• Following up on pending items.
• Communicating to client when requests or concerns are completed.
• Update all charts daily. 
• Send the end of the day email with updated data.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

• 2-3 years experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Computer Skills: 

•  Strong computer skills required; i.e., MS Office, Excel

Reasoning Ability: 

•  Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce.
