STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
As a Career Development Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with students as they explore career options that match their career interest and align with the programs available at Bristol and the programmatic outcomes available within the Health Sciences and Nursing Departments. Utilizing leadership, advocacy, and collaboration, career coaches will promote academic and personal success by implementing a comprehensive program that encompasses areas of personal and social development of students as well as academic and career needs.

STARTING DATE: Fall 2023
SALARY: Minimum salary $52,754 - $62,718 - Labor Grade 4. Actual salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience and consistent with the MCCC/MTA Collective Bargaining Agreement, which may result in a higher salary than the stated range.
