Simpson College invites applications for the position of Director of Career Development. Reporting to the Vice President for Student Development and Planning this position is responsible for leading career exploration and planning programs and services; fostering internal and external relationships and resources; supervising Career Development professional staff; and collecting, analyzing, and disseminated data related to career outcomes.
