Typically requires a master's degree in social work or equivalent. Additionally, Case Manager - Mental Health Services typically requires a State License to Practice Clinical Social Work. Community Mental Health is looking to add a new CBRS provider to our team. We are looking for an individual that is motivated to be a team player, a self starter, and has an understanding of Community Based Rehabilitative Services. Wage will depend on experience and knowledge of the community.
CBRS providers are required to have a 4 year degree (preferably in the field of social work or psychology) be able to pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and be willing to earn further certifications to assist in providing services to the community. CBRS providers will work with a team and are required to assist in developing a treatment plan, providing insight, using tools to educate clients in reaching their goals.
