Case Manager - Physician Practice jobs in Ohio
Case Manager - Physician Practice coordinates the overall interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients in a physician practice setting. Acts as a liaison between patient/family and healthcare personnel to ensure necessary care is provided and that patient is making progress towards treatment goals. Preparing correspondence between medical providers and their patients
Providing quality customer service to patients
Working in a professional environment
Oversee billing, coding, and collections
Schedule appointments
Maintain medical records
Perform data entry and processing
Develop and implement office policies and procedures
Formulate objectives and processes
Generate inventory records
Provide educational material for patients
EMR Support

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
