This position will perform the day-to-day Human Resources duties including compliance, employee engagement, recruiting, new hire orientation, benefits, payroll, and scheduling. Responsible for implementing proactive recruitment strategies as well as seeking out, engaging and communicating with potential new hires through various channels including but not limited to, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and designated job boards. Schedule and conduct initial interviews, help facilitate new hire orientation meetings, and oversee new employee onboarding.
