    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
    • Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly shipment and inventory forecasts, in collaboration with Sales Support/Manufacturing and Finance.
    • Oversee plans to establish production, inventory, and stocking levels based on demand and financial requirements.
    • Follow-up on actual versus scheduled production and alters schedules to meet unforeseen and/or unanticipated interruptions in production and supply chain.
    • Serve as Information Owner for DOH/DWM/Thru Put and XA ERP systems.
    • Responsible for the data integrity of the planning systems and user access.
    • Lead efforts for yearly system upgrade testing and validation.
    • Establish inventory plans and implements programs to optimize inventory levels, including lean management principles in supply chain management to reduce inventories and improve operational efficiencies.
    • Develop and implements plant level policies and procedures for effective management of materials and planning systems.
    • Reporting plant wide KPIs to include (but not limited to) Broken Promises, Availability Failures, past due, inventory accuracy, and freight.
    • Participates in S&OE and S&OP planning meetings with Business Alignment team and Sales Support.
    • Determine key supply chain KPIs.
    • Suggest solutions for process improvements.
    • Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
    • Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best supply chain decisions.
    • Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.

    Requirements:

    • BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Business Management or related field.
    • 7 years of Supply Chain experience in a Manufacturing environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment and solve complex problems.
    • Motivated self-starter finding new opportunities for improvement and assuming ownership.
    • Hands on experience with supply chain MRP/ERP (XA, Thru Put, Capacity Loading tools)
    • Experience managing and developing a team.
