This position will consist of scanning medical documentation into an electronic medical system, assist with managing phone calls, and help the clinic team with other assigned duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of different tasks.
• Schedule, check in and check out patients
• Assist with scanning documents into an electronic healthcare records system
• Interact with staff members
• Manage workload and prioritization
• Manage phone calls
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping patient care information confidential.
• Enhances health care practice reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
