1 - First ShiftAre you the type of person who enjoys helping others through change management and the adoption of digital products? In this role you will lead the change management and digital adoption initiatives for dealers, customers, and stakeholders. We are looking for someone who leads change management activities to achieve stakeholder adoption, utilization, and proficiency to meet the overall outcomes for our digital products.What You'll Do
1. Partner in the development in delivering multi-mode communications (verbal and written) that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
2. Build solutions for continuous transfer of knowledge and feedback loop for stakeholders, dealers, customers and end users of digital solutions.
3. Work with digital product teams and subject matter experts to analyze and map current and future state processes during the discovery of new digital products.
4. Lead in building dealer, customer and internal stakeholder change management plans that are aligned to the overall product strategy and designed to guide audiences through change phases, training, communication and support activities required to implement the change successfully.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders to ensure ongoing support for the digital products released.
6. Lead in maintaining and understanding change management and adoption metrics to continuously measure product outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management or other related field with minimum three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to build credibility and trust by seeking to understand business drivers, success measures and implications of business decisions at all levels.
- Experience influencing and presenting to large dealer and/or customer organizations.
- Demonstrated experience working on projects or leading change which may include change management, stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communications planning, training strategy design and/or customer readiness.
Travel
- Occasional travel is expected of this position.
