Job Summary:  The organizational change management specialist oversees and supports the people side of change initiatives by applying change management practices, approaches, tools, and techniques to assist the company in achieving its desired business objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, coordinate, lead, and manage program-level change management initiatives across multiple projects
• Ensure the effective deployment of change strategies to promote user adoption
• Create communication strategies that support understanding and engagement of change management initiatives
• Communicates change management plans to team members and key stakeholders to ensure process and impact are understood
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of change on the organization through analysis and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data. Identify impacts on team members and risks to project success, draw conclusions, and identify adjustments and solutions
• Partner with the Project Management Office to ensure alignment of change management activities with project timelines and milestones
• Provide change management guidance, training, and mentors, key stakeholders, and other team members
• Facilities meetings, reviews, and project deliverables as needed
• In partnership with Director of Organizational Development, contributes to enhancements in the organization change management methodology, practices, and tools within the OD team and the organization
• Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health Safety and Environmental team member
• Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals
• Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in established Change Management position
• Prosci Change Management certification required
• Project Management experience a plus
• Experience with an knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools related to changes to critical behaviors or in mindset, attitudes, and beliefs
• Must have analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Must have advanced computer and technological skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with management and participate in cross-functional teams
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Must pass background check and drug screen
