The Resident chaplain, under CPE supervision, contributes to the humanizing of life and dissemination of God's love throughout the organization, by way of pastoral visitation and counseling of patients and families; collegiality and consultation with staff; responsiveness to religious requirements of patients, families and staff, and proactive development of programs that nurture and improve life of internal and external guests. S/he will complete three units of Clinical Pastoral Education.
