```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Chaplain to join our Symbii team. As a Chaplain, you will provide spiritual guidance and support to individuals in various settings. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others by offering comfort, counseling, and support during times of crisis and need.

```Duties:```
- Provide spiritual counseling and guidance to individuals and their families
- Conduct religious services, including worship, prayer, and sacraments
- Offer emotional support and comfort to those experiencing grief, illness, or other challenging situations
- Assist in conflict management and mediation
- Mentor individuals in their spiritual journey
- Perform crisis intervention as needed
- Educate individuals on religious practices and beliefs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care

```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a Chaplain or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of most religious counseling principles and practices
- Ability to provide crisis management and intervention
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in conflict resolution techniques
- Experience in event planning and leadership roles is a plus
