As a Lead Caregiver at Trail Ridge Home Care, you'll help to orientate new team members, provide mentorship and training to the caregiver team as requested, and assist in filling in client assignments and on-call rotation as needed.
You'll also work in a caregiver capacity, providing companionship and assistance with personal care. You'll work directly with seniors in their homes using a variety of techniques to encourage and support their ability to maintain or attain their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being. You'll take pride in managing the needs and care regimen of your clients and partner closely with our courteous business office staff to develop care plans.
