NAR Medical Depot, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Capture Management Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Contracting, this critical role is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the federal market. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of federal contracting, a strong background in sales, and a proven track record in proposal management.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES This is not an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities.  Projects/duties may be modified/changed/added/deleted as needed.

1. Opportunity Identification: Identify and target new business opportunities primarily but not limited to the federal market space, specifically focusing on medical, surgical, dental, veterinary, and pharmaceutical sectors.
2. Solution-Oriented Approach: Act as a solutions provider, understanding client needs and working with Project Management, Sales, Contracting, and Customer Service teams to assist in the proposal management process.
3. Utilize and Manage Various Platforms: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Bid Capture Management systems, and Government bidding platforms such as SAM.GOV and DIBBS for opportunity tracking and management.
4. Capture Strategies: Develop and execute capture strategies and plans, including competitive analysis, teaming agreements, and win themes.
5. Proposal Management: Oversee the proposal development process from the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage through the entire life cycle. This includes proposal writing, review coordination, and submission.
6. Reporting: Provide regular and accurate reporting to senior management on the status of capture efforts, proposal development, KPI’s, and overall business development activities.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, requirements, and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

1. Other Duties: Completes any other duties and /or projects assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Federal Government Sales, Federal Proposals, or Federal Contracting preferred.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and government bidding platforms.
