POSITION SUMMARY:
Manual work in the operation of a light motor vehicle to transport veterans to VA hospitals. Responsible for safe and efficient operation of a light motor vehicle in daily transporting of veterans to and from various activities and/or appointments. May be required to participate in training programs as appropriate, to insure safety of vehicle and/or veterans. Supervision is received from administrative superior and assignments are made in form of specific schedules. Work is subject to review through observation of results and safety of equipment operation. Drug and alcohol test is required for this position.
