Being a Chief Association Executive may serve as the spokesperson for and represent the association. May preside over board of directors/trustees. Additionally, Chief Association Executive may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a board of directors. Responsible for the development of functional or business unit strategy for the entire organization. Defines corporate vision and strategy establishes company direction and focus.     Dear American Falls, we’re currently seeking an innovative and customer service minded individual to join our team as the Executive Director (ED). Edgewood American Falls is a 36-bed Assisted Living community.

    As the ED at American Falls, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure the overall success of the community, which includes management of staff and the delivery of high-quality services to our residents and their families. You would oversee both resident and employee recruitment, work to meet or exceed the financial goals of the community, and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams including the corporate leadership team and Regional Vice President. 

    In this role, you’ll utilize your personal strengths and leadership skills to truly make a difference in the lives of seniors, all while supporting and mentoring a team of community staff, working together to provide our residents the exceptional care they deserve. 

    You’ll be joining a team that puts HEART into everything we do! We CARE from the heart, SERVE from the heart, and OPEN our hearts to the residents, families, and teammates we support each day. 

    Qualifications:
    You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:

    • Idaho RCA Administrator License 
    • Clinical and operations experience
    • Demonstrated work experience in assisted living
    • Demonstrated work experience in supervisory role with increased levels of responsibility in operational activities
    • Ability to successfully multi-task, prioritize and broader picture thought process
    • Strong team-building and conflict resolution skills
    • Passion and drive for helping others
