The Role: Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll join our Executive Management Team (EMT) as a key driver of our lending operations. We're seeking a visionary leader with exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills to inspire and motivate our team towards excellence. As a member of the EMT, you'll embody our core values, foster collaboration, and drive our vision and mission forward.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development and implementation of lending strategies, policies, and platforms to drive growth and quality objectives.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with our members, ensuring superior member service at every touchpoint.
• Oversee credit risk management processes to minimize losses and maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
• Stay ahead of the curve on lending technologies and delivery channels, ensuring our credit union remains competitive and compliant.

Who You Are:

• Creative, energetic, and results-oriented with a passion for driving innovation.
• Technologically savvy and eager to embrace new advancements in lending.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Bring 7 to 10 years of proven lending experience, including collections, consumer lending, mortgage lending, and commercial lending, with 5 years of executive leadership experience in a progressive financial institution.
